Lieutenant General Rochelle founded MDR Strategies, LLC immediately upon his retirement from the United States Army in 2009. Since then, he has led a thriving executive coaching, mentor coaching, and leadership development practice, coaching executives and executive teams internationally.

General Rochelle capped his distinguished military career as Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, G-1, Headquarters, United States Army — the Army’s senior-most human resources policy officer.

Following his transition from military service, Rochelle has served on the Board of Governors of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the Board of Directors of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), the Board of Visitors of Norfolk State University (Norfolk, VA), and the Board of Directors of Globili, LLC (Cincinnati, OH). He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Bullseye Engagement (Houston, TX).

He is co-founder and President of the International Black Coaches Alliance, holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, and is a certified mentor coach and coach trainer.

Sophia Casey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by theInternational Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the Founder andChief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of the global coaching certification organization, ICLI RISING (International Coaching &Leadership Institute Rising). Additionally, she is the Founder andCEO of Sophia Casey Enterprises, a leadership development, executive coaching, and consulting firm.

Some of her proudest moments are being named Director of First Impressions for a former Vice President of the United States, mentoring more than 600coaches, serving as the Executive Life Coach and co-facilitator for a series of T.J. Maxx’s Maxx You Project career workshops, and being awarded Best Americas Coach in 2023.

Sophia is relentless in supporting ICLI RISING’s commitment to co-creating freedom through coach training and leadership development and is an 8-time published author having just released the very popular business startup book for coaches,“Business Baddie’s Blueprint: Step-by-StepInstructions, Insider Tips, and Hands-On Exercises to Launch YourCoaching Biz with Ease”.

MARLENE THOMAS is President and CEO for Thomas Management Consulting (TMC), LLC,a woman-owned small business (WOSB) that provides strategic consulting and executivecoaching to Federal, State, and private sector businesses. Marlene is a former member of theSenior Executive Service (SES) with over 25 years of demonstrated management of complexsystems in Federal, State and local organizations. Her coaching and consulting practice isdedicated to supporting individual employers and leaders as they build productive partnerships,teams, and workplaces.

As a sought after professional coach, she believes that coaches are facilitators of positive change,and the role of the coach and client is a collaboration where the client is willing to do somehomework to achieve his or her specific objectives. Her areas of coaching specialty includeleadership and executive development, career transition, personal and team effectiveness andcoach mentoring.

Marlene has worked with public and private sector clients and partners, including University ofNorth Carolina at Chapel Hill, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), federal and state governments.

Marlene is the Immediate Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) MetroDC Chapter, the largest city chapter in the world with over 1700 members. She is an ICFProfessional Certified Coach (PCC), and a certified Team and Mentor Coach. She received hercoaching certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Global Team CoachingInternational (GTCI). She is an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University.

Marlene holds a Master’s Degree in Management/Human Resources from the University ofMaryland University College, as well as certificates in management from Harvard University and the Federal Executive Institute (FEI).

His passion for building intentional and engaged communities shines through his innovative and integrated approaches – graphic facilitation, graphic recording, experiential learning, group coaching, mindfulness and breath work. He designs and facilitates high engagement strategic processes for mission-driven organizations, provides thought partnership for leaders pushing the edges, catalyzes high performing teams, ignites personal development breakthroughs for motivated professionals, and makes outcomes visible for everyone in the room.
